Hotel Uolis Nah - Tulum

Some parts impressed, others didn't

I adored the cute balconies and excellent pool. Staff was available 24/7.

While my room was lovely, the surrounding street noise was a distraction and Wi-Fi connectivity left something to be desired.

Hotel is relaxing and everything was very good. Impeccably clean and huge rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The location is in a favourable and excellent spot close to the city centre. I recommend this place to friends, it's a great choice in Tulum.

We had a comfortable bedroom. The location was great and decent, very close to the biggest supermarkets in town. It was also really close to the ruins, the beach and town, and Tulum. We found everything really good, recommend it to friends.

Terrible traffic noise from the busy road outside. Water interruptions occurred several times, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent for days. The furnishings felt outdated, with a noticeable moisture smell in the room and limited kitchen equipment. Breakfast options were simple and not quite filling.

i enjoyed the room - it was spotless with a beautiful view, the garden, wifi. the location was excellent and unbeatable, so close to cenotes, museums, and the beach, the tulum ruins, shopping, and restaurants.

Nice pool area.

The room was clean, unique, and well-soundproofed, awesome for a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable bed and shaded balcony with bean bag chairs overlooking the pool were highlights, alongside the hot shower and refreshing mini bar options. Breakfast, though light, was satisfying enough, especially enjoying the chilaquiles.

The pool area was lovely and great for relaxation.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low. On top of that, I struggled to get a proper warm water flow. The Wi-Fi was quite inconsistent, causing annoyance when trying to plan excursions online.

The outdoor pool area was super chill. Loved the delicious fruit and traditional meals at breakfast. The staff were friendly and super helpful when it came to arranging bike rentals and tours.

Just a smart choice for a cursory stop in Tulum with best value. The mini bar items were cheap and varied . Bring a swimsuit because the pool area is super chill.

This place has a wonderful, cozy location that's conveniently close to restaurants, the beach, Grand Cenote, and the ruins, making for an all-around very nice stay.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a charming balcony overlooking the pool made for a relaxing escape. The light breakfast included fresh baked apples, and the friendly atmosphere was improved with a playful cat on the grounds. The location, while convenient, required some walking to reach the beach, and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times. It was a bit noisy in the mornings as well, which interrupted the otherwise peaceful vibe.

The view was pleasant, the breakfast was sensational, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the terrace and the ample storage space in the room, which was large and beautifully decorated. The staff were efficient and excellent both day and night. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
